I am the owner, Broker and originator of Linton Real Estate, LLC. An Arizona native and graduate of Northern Arizona University. I have spent my entire working life in my chosen career of real estate in Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and the Verde Valley.

Proud of my accomplishments in commercial sales, I hold the prestigious CCIM
designation awarded to a select group of commercial practitioners. This makes me highly qualified to conduct consulting, leasing, and sales of commercial properties locally and internationally.

I also hold the National Association of Realtor’s GREEN designation and am a LEED AP, intending to help my customers create an environmentally, friendly and healthy commercial workplace that will attract the type of tenants and buyers that will raise the stature of their properties.

In March, 2020 a new and different challenge presented itself, the COVID-19 Virus. Locally and globally we were called upon to provide our services safely and securely. The real estate industry quickly adapted and implemented best practices and procedures to protect our customers, clients, our families and our communities. Together we adapted and continued to move forward through this unprecedented time.

I have the ability to continually grow and maintain a quality, global presence in the real estate business, even as today’s challenges are presented. This will be done by combining my life long experience and knowledge base with state of the art technology. I am determined to provide this technology to my customers and clients by furthering my education and enhancing my real estate presence, while, maintaining, my individualism as a non-franchised, woman owned company.
