I came into the industry by default, but it quickly became my passion. With 21 years of experience, I’m excited to lead the business in 2025, carrying forward this legacy with the same dedication and care that has defined our family’s approach for decades.

Michelle Linton is a commercial and residential real estate professional, continuing her family’s legacy with a reputation for integrity, energy, and creativity in every transaction. A Flagstaff native, she developed her customer service skills working at Nordstrom in San Francisco and honed her professional abilities in Union Bank of California’s Management Training Program. Since 2004, she has represented sellers, buyers, investors, and banks across both residential and commercial markets.

Michelle is passionate about the revitalization of Flagstaff’s Southside, where her family’s boutique real estate office is located. She is a graduate of the Urban Land Institute of Arizona’s Young Leaders Group Partnership Forum, a 2018 Athena Young Professional Nominee, and the recipient of the National Commercial Award from the National Association of Realtors in 2020. Michelle is a CCIM Candidate and serves as the President of the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors in 2025, as well as on the Board for the Arizona Association of Realtors.

An athlete at heart, Michelle is a snowboarder in winter, taking on the challenging slopes of Silverton Mountain, Colorado, to her home mountain of Arizona Snowbowl. There’s nothing more she loves than snow(and her mini dachshunds). When the snow melts, she embraces mountain biking, navigating the trails of Shultz Pass and Sedona’s iconic red rock landscapes.
